Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for working with Shamrock business units including Data Services, AppDev, Business Intelligence and all other Technology teams to bring transparency to projects that cross divisions and technology teams.

The primary project responsibility will focus around high impact and Shamrock wide projects. The role will be accountable for making sure all stakeholders on projects are aware of project roadmaps, status, priorities and assist with documenting processes to help with the completion of the project.

• Coordinate internal resources and business unites for flawless execution of projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques while making sure all parties expectations are aligned.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and technology leaders
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Meet with all involved parties to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop project plans to be shared with staff members
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Senior level organizational skills with strong detail orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 10+ years of project management and related experience
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Agile Experience preferred but not required
• Jira experience very beneficial
• PMP accreditation preferred but not required
• Diverse business knowledge and the ability to illustrate the linkage between projects and desired business results
• Results oriented, hardworking, quick to demonstrate success, organized, focused and persistent
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at the same time.
