Director of Finance (Previous Experience in RealEstate)
We areseeking a seasoned Director of Finance to join our team, offering a competitivesalary plus a robust bonus structure.
This vital role presents a clear pathwayto potentially advance to a Chief Financial Officer position, providing anambitious candidate an opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a leadingfirm in the real estate sector.
Theideal candidate will possess a blend of both public and private accountingexperience, with a preference for those holding a CPA designation.
While publicaccounting experience is advantageous, substantial private industry experiencein real estate will also be highly regarded.
The role demands extensivefamiliarity with open-ended funds, fair value GAAP reporting, and a solid graspof REIT operations.
Experience with the latest SEC regulations impacting REITsand a strong understanding of the complexities of tax reporting and compliancerelated to private REITs, partnerships, S-Corps, and K1s are essential.
Additionally, proficiency in corporate accounting, especially aspectsconcerning payroll and benefits, is required.
