Position Responsibilities
- Review, audit and summarize operational data to create clear, concise executive summaries and presentations.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to management.
- Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Review large data sets to find the root cause of performance trends and indicators.
- Collaborate with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership with managing KPIs and making informed decisions.
- Manage analysis and data projects and provide status updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience leading a small team preferred.
- Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
