Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.

Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures, and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services, and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Applies working knowledge of Cardinal Health’s Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP) in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
  • Evaluate, determine and set threshold limits in accordance with policy and appropriate level for approval for customers.
  • Resolve held orders and communicate applicable order and threshold information to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Present customer-specific materials / pertinent information to senior leadership regarding business model, changes in business model, and purchasing trends for customer(s) for review.
  • Interacts with peers and customers, at various management levels; may interact with senior management.
  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Applies judgment within defined parameters.
  • Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects.
  • Administers and exercises policies and procedures ensuring operation within CSMP guidelines.
  • Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with MS Excel preferred.

Anticipated salary range : $55,400-$79,200
