A company is looking for a Grievances & Appeals Representative to manage client denials and concerns.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive analytic reviews of clinical documentation to assess grievances and appealsAssign cases to associates based on case types and manage communication regarding case delegationHandle large volumes of inventory in a production-driven environmentRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of customer service experienceMinimum 1 year of data entry experienceExperience in a production-driven environmentAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree preferredPrevious experience in medical claims processing and grievances and appeals is preferred
