Staff Software Engineer - Digital Health

They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in AI to join their dynamic team and lead the development of state-of-the-art AI technologies that are revolutionizing the healthcare industry.
Position Summary :
As a Senior Software Engineer with a specialization in AI, you will play a crucial role in crafting and refining advanced software solutions that utilize artificial intelligence to improve digital health tools.
This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in embedded engineering for wearable technology or expertise in developing and fine-tuning AI algorithms.
You will contribute to pioneering projects that provide valuable insights and enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- AI Development : Create, enhance, and implement AI algorithms and software solutions tailored to digital health applications, with a focus on wearable technology and embedded systems.
- Data Processing : Develop and optimize machine learning models to extract meaningful insights from complex health data.
- Collaboration : Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare professionals to integrate AI seamlessly into digital health platforms.
- Leadership : Conduct code reviews, set standards for AI development, and mentor junior team members to foster innovation and maintain high-quality engineering practices.
Qualifications :
- Experience : At least 5 years Digital Health experience in software engineering with a concentration in artificial intelligence and machine learning, particularly in embedded systems or wearable devices.
- Skills : Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with practical experience in AI frameworks and libraries (e.
g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise : Deep knowledge of AI model development, data analysis, and algorithm tuning.
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Eligibility : Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder.
