Responsibilities
Client Communication : Engage with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
Administrative Support : Assist with policy processing, documentation management, and other administrative duties.
Customer Service : Ensure clients receive prompt and courteous service, building trust and loyalty.
Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Scheduling : Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and team members.
