Director of Marketing Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase facility occupancy
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the admissions team to generate and convert leads
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Organize and participate in community outreach and networking events
- Oversee social media and digital marketing efforts
- Create marketing materials and content
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Represent the facility at professional and community events
Director of Marketing Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of the local market and community is a plus
