Job Description
A Family Internal Medicine Physician or NP PA is needed in Queens, New York. The primary focus of the physician is to provide quality primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all patients.

Qualifications
- Valid New York MD PA NP license
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency is a plus
