We are currently looking for Physical Therapists for our patients in Eastern Suffolk. *MUST BE WORKER'S COMP CERTIFIED*. Make your own schedule with the parents. Usually 1-2x a week.
- $75 for 30 minute sessions*
- $85 for 45 minute sessions*
- $100 for 60 minute sessions*
- Required Documents*
- NY State Physical Therapist License
- Workers Compensation Cert
- Pediatric Experience
- BLS Certification
- Medical documents within a year
- Malpractice insurance
- 2 Professional References
