Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Job Posting : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location : Naperville, IL area
School Year : 2024-2025
Contract Dates : August 19, 2024 - June 2, 2025
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct behavior analysis services and consultation to students, teachers, and parents.
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with school personnel to implement behavior support plans effectively.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide remendations based on behavior assessment findings.
Requirements :
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong munication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
