Join us & be part of a team that values creativity, dedication, & hard workWhat You’ll Do : Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers by partnering with fellow senior managers / architects, leveraging your deep experience in mobile app development to create solutions that help meet our customers and business needs.

Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community, and from time to time, code or evaluate code.

Collaborate with digital product managers and deliver robust Android / iOS client code solutions that drive powerful experiences for our small business banking customers and adhere to established engineering best practices, design guidelines and principles.

Partner with Software Engineers, UX / UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners / Analysts to deliver high performing quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful and powerful in their simplicityActively participate in all team Agile ceremonies, contributing to ensure that all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest qualityBe an active advocate of the mobile platform through both internal and external developer communitiesRemain an active learner in all technologies related to mobile development (Kotlin, Swift, 3rd party libraries, etc.

Influence and contribute to group discussions and incorporate feedback / communication from the broader teamActively engage with developers outside of the local spring team across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.
