Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales organization and drive corporate sales strategy and execution
Close substantial new business and scale the sales team for sustained success
Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with business goals
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a senior sales leader with a history of building high-performing sales organizations
Hands-on approach to engaging directly with prospects and modeling excellence
Experience managing and closing enterprise-scale deals in startup or growth-stage settings
Track record of quickly closing significant business and capitalizing on existing opportunities
Experience in recruiting and mentoring entrepreneurial sales teams with a focus on accountability
