Join our expanding national firm as a Tax Senior Manager specializing in Flow-Through entities. We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional eager to take on a principal-track role with boundless growth opportunities.

In this pivotal role, your focus will revolve around two key pillars : leveraging your technical prowess and delivering top-tier client service.

Cultivate and expand a diverse portfolio of business clients, predominantly S corporations and partnerships spanning various industries like manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, and technology.

Strategize, execute, and provide cutting-edge federal and state tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions to our clients.

Dive into tax research concerning federal and multi-state income taxes, encompassing non-resident withholding and composite tax issues.

Ensure utmost client satisfaction through transparent communication, expectation management, timely delivery, and proactive sharing of tax optimization strategies.

Collaborate closely with principals and team members on client management, professional growth initiatives, and business expansion endeavors.

Oversee, nurture, train, and guide staff, conducting performance evaluations and engagement assessments.

Qualifications :

CPA certification is a must, accompanied by a solid 10+ years of tax-related experience.

Proficiency in S corporations and partnerships, inclusive of partnership capital account maintenance and allocations.

Sound technical acumen pertaining to tax preparation and review, compliance, agency correspondence, and tax research.

Ability to foster and nurture profitable, enduring client relationships.

Demonstrated capacity to self-manage, organize, prioritize, and handle multiple engagements within tight deadlines.

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills conducive to building strong client and team rapport.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
