Job Title : Restaurant Team Member
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Restaurant Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, packing food, and keeping the restaurant clean.
As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be the front line of our business and the first point of contact for our customers.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about the food and hospitality industry and want to be part of a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and take orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide menu and specials recommendations to customers
- Pack food items according to customers' specifications
- Keep the restaurant clean, including sweeping, mopping, and stocking supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
