The Retail Assistant Manager role is afulltime management position responsible for all aspects ofmanaging retail stores on property.
Accountable to delivering salesplan through effective management / delegation of store andoperational tasks. Retail Assistant Manager reports to the RetailManager while supervising sales leadership team and store salesassociates.

- Positively communicate personal andoutlet sales goals (Budget Average Daily Sales Units PerTransaction Employment Engagement Survey) promotions and incentivestoteam.

- Analyze the businessand create / communicate clear action plans that optimize results andensure effective execution of allinitiatives
- Ensure team communication;reinforcing that retail leadership at every level are focused andaccountable to selling

- Develop and drive companyselling strategies that will be implemented by the retailleadership team

Qualifications :
- 3 Years RetailSales Management Experience
