Admissions And Information Center Specialist

This position leads the daily operations of the Admissions & Information Center, serving as a key point of contact for prospective and current students, staff, and the public. It processes online and special admission applications, fraud, and supports recruitment activities, and ensures accurate, timely communication about admissions, enrollment, and student services. The role utilizes CRM and SIS systems, supervises Student Ambassadors, and collaborates across departments to provide seamless, student-centered service and expand access to education. This position is stationed at the Information Center, acting as the face of the college.

Minimum Qualifications :

• English sufficient to answer diverse questions and / or refer customers to appropriate assistance.
• Experience working in a database, sufficient to perform the duties of the position.
• Customer Service skills sufficient to interact with others to accurately convey policies and information to clients in person, on the phone, and through e-mail and other written correspondence. (common courtesy, tact, interest in positive problem resolution, empathy, and logical organization of ideas).
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software, sufficient to produce memos and correspondence in an efficient and timely manner.
• Data entry skills sufficient to read, receive, and review source documents, compare documents to database information, and edit, code, and correct as identified.

Work Shift (Hours / Days of work) :

Monday Friday

8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm (4 days per week)

9 : 30 am 6 : 00 pm (1 day per week)

Occasional evenings and weekends.

Telework : Limited remote work may be available after probationary period.
