Amanufacturing organization is seeking to hire an HR / admin associateto sit beside the CEO. Looking for someone who can file paperworkreport information to the CEO and run payroll.

The ideal candidateis selfmotivated organized and possesses strong Excel skills.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitatesand implements all phases of the recruitmentprocess.
  • Assistswith job posting and advertisementprocesses.
  • Maintainsaccurate records of active job openings and received applications;manages internal and external job postings.

Reviews applicationsfor entrylevel and nonexempt positions; Screens applications andselects qualifiedcandidates.

  • Schedulesinterviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and otherhiring and selectionmaterials.
  • Assistin the collection and compilation of HR metrics / workforce report toanalyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attentionto recruitment hiring practices motivation turnover and compliancewith employment laws andregulations.
  • Collaboratewith HR team to identify and implement efficient and effectiverecruiting methods and strategies based on the available roleindustry standards and the needs of theorganization.
  • Collaborateswith the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff duringthe offer process start dates and other pertinentdetails.
  • Ensurescompliance with federal state and local employment laws andregulations and companypolicies.
  • Attendsand participates in college job fairs and recruitingsessions.
  • Conductnew employee onboarding orientations and exitinterviews.
  • Reviewjob descriptions to determine appropriate classification and salaryrange.
  • ProvideHR policy guidance andinterpretation.
  • Provideguidance to employees on matters relating to theiremployment.
  • Administerand implement the Treasury Employee Programs Treasury events andtrainings.
  • Processpersonnel transactions job inquiries applications writtendocumentation for discipline and resignations with utmostconfidentially accuracy andpromptness.
  • Participatesin the development of HR department goals and objectives toolkitsand other employeeresources.
  • Updateand maintain HR SOPs and individual departmental organizationcharts.
  • Alwaysmaintain confidentiality of employee s files / data both electronicand paper; maintain confidentiality of information gained fromconversations or by other means that relates toemployees.

  • Associatedegree with at least 2 years of full time or equivalent parttimeprofessional experience in HumanResources.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management Human Resources or related fieldpreferred.

Associates Degree preferred. Proficient with MS Office, with anemphasis on Excel spreadsheets and data entry skills. Minimum of 2years experience with Accounts Payable.

Excellent written andverbal communication skills Proven excellent interpersonal skillsand ability to work successfully in a team environment.
