Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Help Desk Support to join our team in the DMV area .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

The Help Desk Support III is responsible for serving as an advanced point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, both over the phone and via email.

They are accountable for effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. The Help Desk Support III also assumes responsibility for accurately recording events and problem resolution in logs, updating customer information, and providing feedback and suggestions to internal teams for process improvement.

Additionally, they are responsible for mentoring and supervising subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff members.

Basic Qualifications :

5 years of position-specific relevant experience. DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant industry standard certifications such as A+ or Security+. Experience with help desk systems such as Atlasian (Confluence / Jira) or ServiceNow.

Bachelors degree in an IT-related field.

Clearance Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen

Must have an active Top Secret with CI Polygraph

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
