They are seeking a dynamicPre-Sales / Implementation Consultant to join their team and drive successfulcustomer engagements.

Role Overview : The Pre-Sales / ImplementationConsultant will play a crucial role in both the pre-sales and implementationphases of customer projects.

This position requires a strong technicalbackground in Data AI, with hands-on expertise in areas such as Data Governance,Data Quality, or Master Data Management.

You will interact directly withcustomers, lead implementation projects, and work closely with both on-shoreand off-shore teams.

Your field insights will be vital for shaping our client’sproduct offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Sales :

Engage with potential customers to assess theirdata management needs and demonstrate the value of our client’s solutions.

Lead technical discussions, deliver tailoredproduct presentations, and conduct demonstrations aligned with customerrequirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to craftcustomized solutions and proposals that address customer objectives.

Post-Sales / Implementation :

Oversee the complete implementation process fornew customers, ensuring a seamless deployment and integration of our client’ssolutions.

Develop and execute comprehensive implementationplans, including project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Provide hands-on support and guidance throughoutthe implementation phase, working closely with customer teams.

Serve as the primary technical contact forcustomers during the post-sales phase.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to offeractionable insights to the product team for ongoing improvement.

Coordinate with on-shore and off-shore teams toalign customer needs with product development and enhancements.

What They’re Looking For :

Strong technical expertise in Data AI withhands-on experience in Data Management (such as Data Governance, Data Quality,or Master Data Management) or Data Analytics, with a background in enablingAdvanced Analytics and AI in customer environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facingengagements, deliver technical presentations, and manage successfulimplementation projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills with aproactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.

Experience working with distributed teams,showcasing strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Capability to work independently and jugglemultiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in providing actionablefeedback to product teams based on customer interactions and field experience.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, DataScience, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications inData Management or AI are advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience inpre-sales and implementation roles within the tech or SaaS industry.

Proven track record of successful projectdelivery and high customer satisfaction in technical implementations.

Strong understanding of data management bestpractices and current industry trends.
