FSI Reinsurance Administrative System Senior Consultant

Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Administration System Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our client’s reinsurance administration systems.
As a Senior Consultant you will have opportunities to :
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand reinsurance processing needs and translate them into business requirements and / or system configurations.
- Develop and implement business process and system workflows and procedures to optimize reinsurance processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct system and data testing to ensure functionality and data integrity.
- Design and build reports and extracts.
- Provide ongoing user support and training on the reinsurance administration system.
- Analyze system data to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest system features and functionality through vendor training and industry knowledge sharing.
- Prepare technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Design and execute data sourcing, translation, conversion and testing activities
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in reinsurance administration, with a focus on system configuration and support.
- Proven experience with one or more of the following reinsurance administration systems : FSRI, TAI, Duck Creek Reinsurance Management / PrimaXL, or Sapiens.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts, products, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL querying a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.

For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in Jersey City, New York City Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
This compensation range is specific to Jersey City, New York City, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,563- $170,912.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
