As a Customer Service Representative at Every Word Code, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Pay Range : $900- $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist in the development of customer service protocols.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
