Job description : We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to support our finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring financial accuracy and assisting cross-functional departments with accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the In-house data
- Ensure optimal inventory levels of total goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
Salary Range : $60K ~ $67K
