Travel RN Supervisor - 13-Week Contract - Rochester, NY

Are you an experienced RN looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Travel RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee all units at Unity Hospital in Rochester, NY for a 13-week contract with a deferred schedule.

This role requires a seasoned leader to manage clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Position Details :

Location : Rochester, NY

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift Schedule :

Evening / Night Shifts : 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM or 12 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Every Other Weekend : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Must be available to work holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s

Hours : 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee nursing staff and operations across all units
• Respond to all code situations (BLS / ACLS required)
• Provide leadership to ensure optimal patient care and compliance with health care regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support unit goals and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Active RN license (NY preferred, or compact state license)
• BLS / ACLS certification required
• Preferred : Previous nursing supervision experience
• Availability to work evening and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
