Apply in-depth knowledge of the joint planning process to develop detailed cryptologic Functional Support Plans (FSPs), Cryptologic Support Plans (CSPs), and Concept of Operations (CONOPs) that support the Cyber Operation Exercise requirements of the DoD, the U.
S. government, and its allies. Use Joint Service and Interagency planning and operational experiences to support strategic and operational level planning across the full range of DoD and U.
S. Government operations for integrated information and cyberspace operations. Provide Exercise Planning expertise such as, but not limited to, exercise, plans, coordination, development, and execution.
Assist in coordinating conferences, for war games, and cyber exercise scenarios, and actively participate to assess the effectiveness of existing capabilities as well as new concepts and methods and tools.
Basic understanding of the phases and steps of the Joint Operation Planner Process (JOPP) and APEX activities. Develop and employ planning support tools to map and analyze resource planning and policy decisions by participating during the war game events on future cyberspace capabilities and tools.
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum five years combined experience in intelligence planning and intelligence analysis
- Minimum of bachelor's degree from a accredited college or university
- TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Two years of intelligence planning experience may be substituted with completion of an advanced Service planner school (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS, etc.).
