An elegant skilled nursing, long term care facility located n near Verona, New Jersey is currently seeking a strong Unit Manager
Responsibilities of the Unit Manager-Nursing Home :
- Assist with patient’s examinations and / or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of the Unit Manager-Nursing Home :
- Must have current New Jersey RN license
- Must have Unit Manager experience
- Must have management experience in Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing
- Proven management & leadership skills
- Excellent written & verbal skills
