Job Description
Primary Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Alpine HR team on a variety of workplace matters (i.e. talent, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, wellness program)
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
- Create division-wide HR communications
- Assist with the summer internship program
- Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, economics or related field; rising senior preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity, and a drive to excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
