ABA Center-Based Behavior Technician

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full-time schedules of 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm
- Childcare experience required
- Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required

Job Duties
- ABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
- Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- Attend to toileting and / or change soiled diapers / clothing as needed.
- Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
- Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, speak, and listen to children. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance;
and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to push items of 50 lbs.
Such as pushing children on a bike, pulling a wagon or moving / rearranging furniture. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision.
Other Duties : Performance of other reasonably related duties are assigned by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
