Job Title : Senior Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of core accounting functions, support accurate financial reporting, and help drive process improvements. This role offers visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Assist with internal and external audits

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Mentor junior team members as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

4+ years of relevant accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP)

CPA or CPA track preferred

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
