Bed Side Shift Reporting BSSR utilization of AIDET and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.

PICU RN 13 weeks 36HPW 3x12 Nights 1900-0730 EOW EOH required Float to Peds required BLS PALS required 2 years of exp required Sedation of patients Trach Intubated NAVA Vapotherm CRRT minimal ICP / Bolts Communication with AIDET great customer service and phone etiquette is an expectation Shift Info : Night 3x12-Hour 19 : 00 - 07 : 30
