Material Coordinator
Pay Rate : $24-26 / HR

Schedule : 7AM-3 : 30PM
Location : Wakefield, MA
Responsibilities
- Receiving and shipping materials to support production and development activities.
- Cleaning / Prepping product for shipping by wiping it down with alcohol prep pads
- Serves as final inspection prior to packaging
- Perform material movement transactions including purchased receipts, materials issue and kitting.
- Ensure materials are transacted in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage all inventory and materials transactions ensure reconciliation of variances and near perfect accuracy of perpetual levels.
- Operating a Standup Counterbalance Forklift Experience Required :
- Experience using ERP Systems; MISys, QuickBooks, etc.
- Computer literacy
- General Knowledge of Materials related Paperwork; BOL, Packing Slip, Invoice, etc Skills Required :
- Attention to detail for inspection activity.
- Follow work instructions for inspection and packaging requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and oral communication abilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
