Contract Length : 24-25 School Year
Compensation : Up to $2000 / week based on experience

Job Description :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique strengths and challenges
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address the diverse needs of students and ensure their success
- Utilize effective teaching strategies, technologies, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experiences
- Monitor student progress through ongoing assessment and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth and development
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Arizona teaching certification in Special Education
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
