The Hartford's Integrated Casualty team provides General Liability and Environmental Liability coverages, along with Umbrella / Excess, to both non-environmentally driven risks (, metal goods / parts / machinery and plastics / rubber goods / leather / glass manufacturing and distribution) as well as environmentally driven operations (, chemical manufacturing / blending / distribution, tank manufacturing, emissions control equipment, sensors, and gauges).

Our distribution channel is through both retail and wholesale agents.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalentbination of education, training and experience
  • 5 + years ofmercial casualty lines underwriting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining solid relationships with all internal and external business partners
  • Excellentmunication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • An ability to think analytically about business problems, make rmendations and propose solutions.
  • High energy self-starter, who is resilient and has an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
  • Goal-oriented and delivers oues
  • Ability to challenge the status quo andpete to win
  • Superior technical knowledge and sound decision-making and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license as apany pool car may be provided for business travel

Location :

This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in the Alpharetta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Franklin, TN office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration ofpetencies required for the role.

The base pay is just oneponent of The Hartford's totalpensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.

The annualized base pay range for this role is :

$121,760 - $194,520

The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
