Are you a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse seeking an opportunity to make a difference in the Tampa and surrounding area?
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM, offering 3 : 12-hour shifts or 4 : 10-hour shifts

North Bay Home Health is a home health agency that services the greater Tampa area.
North Bay Home Health is a provider of in-home care services specially designed to ensure the needs of our pediatric patients (ranging from infants to young adults) are a priority.
We provide assistance to parents / guardians with daily caregiving needs. We focus on ensuring care that mirrors the request set forward by the Pediatrician and the clients’ Primary Care Provider.
NBHH offers an array of home-based services that assist individuals with full recover or the ability to manage their condition all in the comfort of their own home.
This is exactly why we are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patient receives the highest level of care by providing a nurse with education and experience to care for them.
Responsibilities :
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate nursing interventions to address patients' needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
- Monitor patients' condition and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication administration, and preventive care measures
License :
- Current and active FL or Multistate RN / LPN license (Required)
- BLS CPR card (Required) via AHA or ARC
Experience :
- Pediatric experience (Preferred)
- G-tube, Trach, and Vent experience (nice to have)
- At least one year home health experience
- Developmentally delayed experience / ADHD / AUTISM
- Spinal cord experience
