LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN)
Triboro Center is lookingfor a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx NY .
Base rate is $33.38 with an additional 10%shift differential for evenings andnights.

DUTIES :
- Collecting information from the residents to be admitted;medical records insurance details.
- Recordinghealth details of residents; including vitals &temperature.
- Administering medications andinjections to residents as needed.
- Treatingand dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants(CNAs).
- Helps residents get dressed and takecare of personal hygiene.
- Monitors residentsfood and liquid intake and output.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Must bein good standing with State Registry.
- Must bewilling to learn
RATE : $30 and up for 8hours shifts $45 an hour for 12 hours shifts
