IntePros is excited to partner with a Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify a Senior Help Desk Support Analyst for a critical engagement in New York City.
The Senior Help Desk Support Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support for all IT-related activities and initiatives.
This role involves offering guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up to ensure the resolution of IT problems. The Analyst supports a specific group of customers with applications, infrastructure, and technology-related activities, particularly for small projects.
Collaboration with application developers and operations teams is essential to support production applications and customer-specific operations.
Additionally, the Analyst trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms, contributing to the achievement of team objectives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or onsite support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ensure resolution of IT issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with application support, infrastructure, and technology-related activities.
- Ability to train and guide customers on new products and applications.
