This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for : Anexperienced and dynamic Director of Public Relations and Analyst Relations to lead our global PR / AR efforts and elevate our brand in the rapidly evolving cloud communications industry.

You will play a crucial role in shaping RingCentral's narrative and showcasing our innovative AI-powered solutions to key stakeholders, media, analysts, and influencers. Job Duties :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with RingCentral's business objectives and product roadmap
  • Lead a team of PR agencies to deliver impactful communications campaigns and drive media share of voice
  • Craft compelling storylines highlighting RingCentral's leadership in AI-powered communications, cloud technology, and industry-specific solutions
  • Create, nurture, and manage positive relationships with industry analysts, industry influencers, business / tech / trade media, and thought leaders
  • Manage analyst engagement activities such as participation in analyst research, conferences, advisory days, briefings, inquiries, and industry report response.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming analyst requests for information, research support, research review, customer references, and event speakers
  • Develop and own briefing materials for executives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop thought leadership platforms and secure speaking opportunities
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, bylined articles, blog posts, and other PR / AR materials
  • Measure and report on PR campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed

To succeed in this role you must have experience in :

  • 10+ years of PR and / or AR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong presentation software and project management skills
  • Proven track record in technology PR, preferably in cloud communications, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Deep understanding of AI, cloud technology, and emerging trends in business communications
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
  • Experience managing teams and external agency relationships
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and desire to influence external and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask in a complex, fast-paced organization.
