Job Title : Data Analyst
Duration : 06 Months+ (High Possibilities of Extension / Conversion)
Location : Irving, TX (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities :
- Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday and Resources@Client (RENAULT)
- Develop and implement manual controls / mitigation strategies to address known data related gaps and deficiencies.
- Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes.
- Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
- May be involved in exploratory data analysis and confirmatory data analysis.
- Deals with complex and highly variable issues.
Skill Set :
- Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques.
- Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis identifying patterns / trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday and Resources@Client
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Excel
- HR technology experience a plus
