- Experience operating an overhead crane
- Experience working in manufacturing is a plus
- Experience working in the steel industry is a plus
Preferred Skills :
- Ability to use heavy duty overhead cranes to move large steel products
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of different steel types
The primary role of the crane operator is to load coil stock into machines for processing, loading and unloading of truck traffic in a timely manner, retrieving stock to be processed and safe handling and storage of steel stock. Workbox Staffing Benefits
