Join Our Innovative Team as a Quality Engineer

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where your curiosity meets real-world impact? At our company, you will collaborate with a diverse group of global professionals to enhance product quality and drive innovation.

Role Overview :

In this role, you'll :

• Elevate product quality through continuous improvement techniques, including Six Sigma, Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Design of Experiments (DOE), and other quality tools.
• Engage with customers by investigating complaints, resolving issues, and analyzing trends.
• Ensure that product designs and integrity remain intact as materials, processes, and specifications evolve.
• Support design changes due to quality improvements, supplier modifications, or cost reduction initiatives.
• Facilitate New Product Introductions (NPI) with validation, test method development, and risk management.

What We’re Looking For :

To excel in this position, you should meet these criteria :

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or Science from a recognized institution, plus three years of experience in medical device Quality Engineering, or
• A High School Diploma / GED with at least six years of medical device Quality Engineering experience.

Additional qualifications that will enhance your success include :

• Three years of Quality Engineering experience within medical devices.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 standards.
• Proven ability to lead CAPA projects.
• Skilled in data analysis for trend identification and improvement opportunities.
• Experience in PFMECA or DFMECA facilitation and managing Risk Management files.
• Background in manufacturing or quality engineering within medical device settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
