Vaco is looking for a contract to hire Parts Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH!

Parts Customer Service Representative

Job Type : Contract to Hire (3-4 months to start)

Location : Fully onsite at Manor Park Dr Columbus Ohio 43228

Pay : $19 / hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 : 30AM to 5PM

Start Date : TBD

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and online correspondence
• Answer customer inquiries on repairs and unit services
• Identify parts via part breakdown or customer descriptions
• Learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators
• Process Warranty claims and customer orders
• Document customer issues and follow up with customers as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of call center or inbound call experience
