We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our esteemed team in the heart of Brockton, Mass.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various mental health conditions.
- Manage and prescribe medications as appropriate, in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
- Administer therapy and provide counseling to individuals and their families to promote holistic well-being.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment and recovery.
Qualifications :
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
- Current PMHNP certification and state licensure.
- Proven experience in conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing mental health conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
