Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival at reception area, direct guests to the appropriate person in the office
  • Answer and transfer multiple telephone calls to internal offices; respond to general inquiries
  • Clerical tasks including scan documents, photocopy, email correspondence, and other office duties assigned
  • Administrative support through data entry using online database, generate weekly report, e-file to cloud system
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails and deliveries to recipients in the office
  • Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable for the company's professional image
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Minimum 1 year of office assistant or customer service is preferred
  • Skills in Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skill, professional phone etiquette
  • Positive learning attitude, friendly demeanor, polite manner
