Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical operations
- Supervise medical staff,including medical assistants
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Medical degree with board certification in a relevant specialty
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong background in biotechnology and research methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of primary care and acute care practices
- Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory requirements
