AVIATION CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Aviation Customer Service Representative at Western Aircraft in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each customer has a pleasant experience at Western Aircraft by providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service through anticipating needs and proactively offering services.
It is the expectation that all customer requests will be performed in a timely, professional manner. This person will act as the face of Western Aircraft and be the first point of contact for all visitors.
Duties & Responsibilities + Answers telephones, takes and relays messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner + Documents service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form + Coordinates customer lodging accommodation requirements + Insures rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival + Greets arriving / departing customers + Facilitates customer and vendor catering requests + Communicates service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio + Informs customers of other services provided by Western Aircraft Qualifications & Job Requirements + Minimum two (2) years' experience in a customer service role Other Prerequisites + Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check + Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge + Valid Driver's license Work Environment & Physical Requirements + Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level.
Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and / or fingers. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work.
