- Lead team inpreparation of project drawings calculations andspecifications
- Prepareanalysis design calculations reports site visits and permitapplications
- Provideconstructionassistance
- Evaluateland use / zoningrequirements
- Assist withpreparation of proposals and estimates for potentialprojects
- Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
Requirements :
- B.S.degree in CivilEngineering
- Masters degree in Civil Engineeringpreferred
- 5years of engineeringexperience
- PELicense
- Experiencewith unique design / permitting requirements working within the Cityof Detroit or a similar urbancontext
- Technicalexperience in mixeduse urban infill sustainable design andstormwater best managementpractice
- Knowledgeof the City of Detroit and surrounding areapreferred
- Proficientin Civil 3D SWMM andExcel
Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
