We are seeking Commercial Insurance Brokers to join our team! We are a local commercial insurance Brokerage offering the most competitive rates from the nations top rated insurance companies.
We primarily work with licensed Contractors in the State of California by attending to their Companies needs for Workers Compensation, General Liability, Surety Bonds, Commercial Auto, Builders Risk insurance Policy's and Payroll Services.
You will be responsible for expanding the Brokage's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing companies.
Leads will be provided daily.
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing companies
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on companies needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in insurance is Preferred but not Needed, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
