Duties and Responsibilities : Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications and Skills : Occupational Therapist (OT)

- Current OT certification in the state of Wisconsin
