Overview : Weare seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee thedaytoday operations across our facilities in Youngstown OH N.
Pittsburgh PA and Zanesville OH. This role involves managing dailyoperations inventory projects regulations maintenance and teams ofOperators at each location ensuring optimal performance andcompliance with environmentalstandards.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Managedaily operations inventory projects and maintenance at alllocations.
- Oversee the efficiencyand effectiveness of Dissolved Air Flotation and Screw PressEquipment.
- Continuously monitorsystem performance and waterquality.
- Troubleshoot and resolveoperational issues.
- Ensurecompliance with local state and federal environmentalstandards.
- Assist in planning andexecuting projects including new installations expansions andupgrades.
- Travel to facilities asneeded. The office location can be based at any facility closest tothe employee shome.
Compensation :
Carallowance gas and other related expenses will beprovided.
Requirements :
- Provenexperience in operations management within the waste removal orwater treatment industry.
- Bachelor sdegree in Environmental Science Engineering orBusiness.
- Proficiency in SCADAsystems or similar environmentalsystems.
- Strong leadership andcommunicationskills.
