Key ResponsibilitiesStructure, execute, and maintain residential solar financings, collaborating with law firms and investment bankersDevelop and maintain relationships for tax equity, debt, and cash equity financingOversee project finance projections, analysis, and coordinate due diligence efforts across teamsRequired Qualifications8-10 years of experience in power / energy / utilities, with at least 3 years in the US renewables industryBachelor's degree;
MBA or Master's degree preferredExperience in structuring and closing renewable energy financings, including tax equity and debt transactionsExisting relationships with project finance and tax equity professionalsUnderstanding of solar + storage renewable energy systems at a commercial level
